Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? We have an 8-11 working day delivery period. Goods are usually delivered before this period. We offer free shipping on all orders above R1000. Orders less than R1000 will incur a R100 shipping fee within South Africa.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
What items cannot be returned? Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods through our secure checkout, including credit cards and Shop Pay.
